Becca Stone, LPMT, MT-BC
I am a Jungian-informed music therapist who has been working in the mental health field for 11 years. My expertise and passion centers the treatment of trauma for people from all walks of life, and especially neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals. My aim as a therapist is to be a support in your process, offer meaningful experiences, and ask good questions so that you may go towards the life you want to live.

We may use various approaches such as music, art, and somatic experiencing to address your therapeutic goals, which I can help you define. I use a Jungian perspective that includes (but isn't limited to) dream analysis and identifying unconscious processes and how they affect our behaviors.

I have lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent person. I operate from the lens of “liberation psychology”, which centers the experience, knowledge and action of those who have been excluded and marginalized.

I might be a good fit for you if:
- You are looking to understand your life experiences from a place of compassion rather than criticism.
- You are aware that there are ways of thinking/acting that are interfering with your life, but you don't yet know what they are or how to approach them.
- You have a desire to connect with yourself and the world in a more expressive way, but feel stuck.
- You are looking to transform from trauma that causes harm to yourself or others.
